“The University of Virginia Gentrification and Housing Justice: A Diagnosis and Proposal”

Organized by Laura Goldblatt, Global Development Studies at UVA  

A one-day conference to understand the University of Virginia’s role in a local housing market that remains unaffordable to low-income residents and people of color in Charlottesville and to consider solutions to create more equitable housing policies. The conference will be followed by a series of trainings and a community meeting.
