SE@UVA Speaker Series presents Mannie Ajayi, UVA graduate and founder of www.pnyka.com, a communication and analytics platform for communities to talk constructively about important issues. Ajayi will spend time discussing the importance of being open to differences and learning from others in order to cultivate and nurture respectful conversations, thriving communities and healthy societies.

Mannie Ajayi is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Pnyka. In the past, Ajayi has worked with universities, cities, and corporations to bring those lessons into the online communication sector. As an investment professional at TPG, Ajayi directed strategic projects across multiple investments in the consumer and healthcare space. Before that, he launched his career with Morgan Stanley in investment banking where he assisted private equity clients with their financial needs. Vice chair of YAX, Ajayi supports the non-profit in their endeavors, including providing arts programming for underprivileged high school students in the city. Ajayi holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in finance from UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce.
