Joshua Ogburn is the Director of the University of Virginia Pay for Success Lab. Within that role, Joshua is currently the Project Director for an initiative led by the Richmond City Health District focused on improving outcomes for at-risk asthmatic children in the Greater Richmond Region. From 2015-17, Joshua worked with the Virginia Department of Health and Virginia Pay for Success Council to undertake a feasibility study of expanding maternal home visiting across the state. Prior to this work, Joshua was a staff member for U.S. Senator Mark R. Warner (VA). Joshua holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Urban Affairs from Virginia Polytechnic and State Institute (Virginia Tech).
